Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

  • Processing time: 0–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Dispatch partners: Shiprocket network (multiple couriers).
  • Tracking: Shared via email/SMS when shipped.
  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days; Non‑metro/remote: 4–8 business days.
  • Shipping fee is shown at checkout. Free shipping may apply as per live offers.
  • Delays can occur due to weather, strikes, festivals, address issues, or courier constraints.
  • You can request changes/cancellation before dispatch by emailing info@urbherb.in with your order number. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

To keep you safe, opened/used articles are generally non‑returnable. We accept returns/replacements within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged/leaking product on arrival
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing item in the parcel

What we need:

  1. Email info@urbherb.in within 7 days with order number and unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the issue and outer label.
  2. Keep products unused (except to show leakage) and in original packaging until we advise next steps.
  3. On approval, we’ll arrange reverse pickup where serviceable; otherwise we’ll guide you for self‑ship and reimburse reasonable courier charges against proof (cap: ₹100).

Not eligible:

  • Opened/used articles (unless leakage/damage at delivery).
  • Tampered packaging without unboxing proof.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or at exhibitions/third‑party resellers (if any).
  • Buyer’s remorse (fragrance preference, size, etc.), unless sealed and returnable at our discretion.
  • Method: Original payment method (Razorpay) or any other.
  • Timeline: Typically 3–7 business days after quality check at our warehouse; bank timelines may vary.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer after we collect your details securely.
  • If stock is available, we can dispatch a replacement instead of refund once the return is approved.

If a shipment returns due to address incomplete, unreachable, refusal, or repeated delivery attempts failed, we can reship after collecting updated address and re‑shipping fee. If you prefer a refund, we’ll deduct two‑way shipping and refund the balance (if prepaid).

  • Please verify your PIN code and address. If courier service is not available, we will contact you for alternatives or a full refund.
  • Record an unboxing video from seal to opening.
  • Check the seal ring and dropper for tightness.
  • Photograph any leakage/dents on arrival before discarding packaging.
