UrbHerb (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the brand of Anguri Devi having GSTIN: 03DLDPD2851P1Z3 and registered office at Ground Floor, Ward No 15, Part 2, St No 1, Baba Farid Nagar, Old Cantt Road, Faridkot, Punjab, India, Pincode-151203. 

By accessing urbherb.in (“Website”) or purchasing our products, you (“you”, “user”, “customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• You must be legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Our products are culinary/aromatherapy items. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified professional before topical use or ingestion if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or are using medications.
• Keep essential oils away from children, eyes, and flame. Perform a patch test before topical use; dilute appropriately.

• Prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as shown at checkout.
• Order confirmation is subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may cancel and refund if an item is unavailable, pricing is erroneous, or fraud risk is detected.

• We accept payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, wallets, netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (if enabled). We do not store your full card/bank details; those are processed by Razorpay on their secure systems.
• For COD, please tender exact cash or follow the delivery partner’s instructions if UPI-on-delivery is supported.

• We ship via Shiprocket partner couriers pan‑India. Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates; delays can occur due to logistics or force majeure.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or, for COD refusals/RTS, as per our Refund, Return & Shipping Policy.

• Opened/used essential oils are generally non‑returnable for safety/hygiene reasons except for leakage/damage/wrong item.

• All content (logos, photos, copy) is our property or used under license. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or use without written permission.

• By posting reviews, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display such content on our Website and social channels.
• Do not post defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content. We may moderate/remove at our discretion.

• Coupon terms (validity, exclusions, one‑time use) apply as displayed. Misuse may lead to cancellation and account restriction.

• We integrate with Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket (fulfilment), analytics (cookies), and social media (Instagram). Each has its own terms; your use of those features indicates acceptance of their terms.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrbHerb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Website or products.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Website, breach of these T&C, or violation of laws/rights of third parties.

• These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridkot, India (exclusive jurisdiction) shall adjudicate disputes.

• We may update these T&C at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
